Standing Room Only at Julian Vasquez Heilig’s Lecture

On November 5th in 216 Willard, Julian Vasquez Heilig, Professor and Director of the Educational Leadership, California State University at Sacramento gave a lecture titled: “Reframing the Refrain: Civil Rights and Education “Reform”.  There was standing room only!

This lecture was co-sponsored by the African American Studies Department, and the College of
Education.
