Professional Bio

Advocacy training and identity development are my passions and with a multidisciplinary approach provided by my diverse course load and the support of the African American studies department, I have been able to attain hands on experience with social justice education. I have studied abroad in Seville, Spain and had the opportunity to explore Morocco through my program as well. Learning about the Black experience abroad has given me a new way to approach and educate others about the Black experience back at home.
